KAMPONG CHHNANG, Cambodia, April 3 -- Chinese troops participating in the "Golden Dragon-2023" joint military exercise brought school supplies and medical materials to local schools and community hospitals on April 2.

柬埔寨磅清扬4月3日电 　4月2日，中柬“金龙-2023”联演中方参演官兵带着文体用品和医疗物资，走进当地学校、卫生院，开展捐赠和义诊活动。

Early in the morning on April 2, a group of Chinese soldiers went to a primary school in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia, and donated school bags, workbooks, folding stools and sport equipment to more than 180 students there. The school principal said that the goodness of Chinese military would affect these children, and they would carry on the friendship between Cambodia and China when growing up.

一大早，官兵来到柬埔寨磅清扬省一小学，为这里的180多名学生捐赠了书包、作业本、马扎、体育器材等。校长表示，相信中国军人这一友善的举动，一定会在孩子们心中播下爱的种子，希望他们长大后能成为柬中两国的友好使者。

On the same morning, the Chinese medical team went to a local community hospital for free clinic. The team set up consulting rooms for internal medicine, surgery and inspection, providing disease diagnosis and treatment to the local villagers. A total of 142 people were treated that day, with 486 boxes of medicines distributed to them. After that, the team further donated a batch of medicine to the Cambodian side.

当天上午，中方医疗队员来到磅清扬省当地卫生院开展义诊活动。队员们开设了内科诊室、外科诊室、药房和检查室，通过送医送药、疾病预防、健康体检等方式为当地村民提供疾病诊疗和卫生服务。当天共接诊民众142人次，发放药品486盒（支）。医疗队还向柬方捐赠了一批药品。

"The Chinese participating troops brought supplies and warmth to the local students and villagers, which embodied the deep friendship between the Chinese people and the Cambodian people. Thank you all," said the commander of the Cambodian participating troops.

“中方参演官兵为我们当地的学生和村民带来物资和温暖，体现了对柬埔寨人民的深厚情谊，我们对此深表感谢！”柬方参演部队领导说。
